It has been a whirlwind year for me, and in all honesty, I wish for the year to end soon if not sooner. and looking forward to 2025.
But I hope all of it is overcome in 2025 and with that hope I am looking forward to it.
Gym
After taking a year off I am going back to the Gym and also planning to let go of things that are needed for me to get back to the Grind this is one thing I plan to be very serious about which I will be doing for my self.
There are chances that I may not be able to go because of some work commitments but this is one discipline I hope to enforce on to myself this year
There are two school of thoughts when it comes to a habit change program
The First I might call shock and awe which is the most difficult way of handling things For example Jus to get this Gym Discipline in me I have to change at least another 3-4 habits for this to work so all of this has to happen simultaneously
The other school of thought is to change 1 habit at a time which is what I am planning to do. One of them is already underway which i will not talk about at the moment so not to jinx it
the other is my waking up habit which i then to implement from 2025 I am hoping to get up at 4:50 AM
So there are a lot of personal changes I wish to implement in the coming year. Maybe I’ll add a Habit tracker page here to hold myself accountable for things I am saying I just don’t know How I will update it here
I have a habit tracker on my phone to use so that needs to be revamped.
Two habits that I wish to inculcate at the starting is
- Get up at 4:50 AM
- Gym
The rest will come when I succeed in developing the above habits first.
